In the medical area, we act as advisors and representatives of our clients wishing to acquire a pharmacy and help them structure their place of operation so as to comply with the different legal aspects involved. In addition, we help pharmacies and producers of pharmaceuticals with the acceptance and registration processes for medicinal drugs under the Austrian Pharmaceutical Products Act and provide expert statements on legal matters concerning medicinal drugs and food laws.

Our activity in the medical and hospital law sector further centers on the support in negotiations with and proceedings at social security carriers, representation in medical liability cases and disputes under labor law, the latter comprising of representations of hospital organizations and also their staff. In addition, we represent private clinics and associations of hospitals with regards to all legal matters.
