My clients are national and international corporations in the real-estate and construction industry as well as the IT, pharmaceutical and finance sectors. As part of my portfolio, I also represent foundations. In addition to the conceptual task of preparing contracts and acting as a trustee I regularly represent my clients’ rights in court. I am convinced that having this holistic perspective is an essential contribution to my client’s success.
In addition to practicing law, I have lectured on director and manager liability and the real-estate industry at a university of applied sciences for several years.
